Parked.... Negatory 48 here with about 10 mph wind. Rather nut busting cold, feels like negatory 75 if ever it did. It's so negative.

I got the impression you were in the lower 48. Minus 48 degrees at your location? What's the difference between 48 below and 75 below. I've never experienced that and don't want to.
EE, Nothing at that temperature. You hit a certain neg coldness and your felt exterior body can’t determine any additional minus temperatures. It’s cold. 😎
That's what I figured though it probably makes a difference with machinery and such. Things are just harder in extreme heat and cold and in the dark.
