Those chosen by God to carry the message of the Good News were Jews and rejected and killed Him on earth because they wanted their own personal savior and protector, like they want all the goodies for themselves until today.
Those who fail to accept Christ as The Savior and Son of God and that He died and arose on the third day are headed to Hell, though a remnant of Judah will be saved. They are the Pharisees of yesteryear.
Those who speak against Israel will be dealt with also. He gives all a clue when HE says All of Israel will be saved. HEs speaking of HIS Israel, not ours. HE's speaking of HIS believers.
