I'm no fan of "high class Mexican restaurant" food.

I grew up near the border with taco shop on every other corner.............give me some Baja style carnitas tacos any day............cooked by a mamacita viejita.

PS My wife is a good portion Mexican but grew up gringa. Makes tacos like her mom, who grew up in a time when Mexicans tried to be White.............makes tacos with hard shells and burger meat.
