El Candidato is a good series on Prime. Circa 2011.
Only 1 season, but It's good. Note: You have to be able to stand a certain amount of Spanish language with English subtitles. About half and half Spanish and English.
Plot revolves around crooked Mexican politicians and cops, cartels and American CIA.
Makes you feel right at home.
