It’s on the shortlist. Any good?

Started off kinda slow, Gruff. The 3rd episode is the best so far. It has Dennis Quaid & Donald Sutherland in it.
And Paula Malcomson. She’s the Irish actor that played the prostitute, Trixie, in “Deadwood”.
The English actor portraying Reeves has been believable so far.

Like everything Hollywood does, this is pretty PC portraying Bass Reeves as a great humanitarium. The real Bass Reeves was a hard ass, he had to be. Get cuffed and ride in the wagon or get shot, those were your choices. Bass Reeves didn't have much luck with his kids in real life. He had three boys and I think all three of them went to prison. It will be interesting to see how the series portrays his kid's lives.
