Several episodes into "Hit and Run"...I'm likin' it. Although set to actual events, total fiction, "Deutschland '83, 86 and '89" is very well done and will appeal to us old farts who lived through the cold war. Paints some very vivid pictures of the contrast between communism and democracy. Good representations of stuff like Pershing missile crises in Germany, Angola vs SADF, Libya....good history set to some very good acting and twisty plots.
Thought Hit and Run was good, too. Especially after main character gets to NY. The Israeli film makers still haven't figured out how Americans really talk to each other in normal conversation, though. That's entertaining in itself.
Note: cliffhanger ending. So, it looks there are plans for another season.
