Start intermittent fasting. Keto. or very low carb. No fruits ( some berries ok), no breads, no pasta, no sugars. drink only water NO ALCOHOL

I did the same before going to the academy. Actually gained strength lost 45 lbs and body fat around 4 per cent. It sucked but doable

get a lot of sleep
