Pat, you've had Lomo saltado! Venison backstraps or tenderloins work amazing. Ed, we don't use bell peppers, but peruvian aji amarillo (another type of chili pepper).The red one is rocoto, which is a type of chili pepper. If you are allergic I can make it non spicy Let me know about the hogs, I really want to shoot one Wtxj, nver heard of Porton Pisco, but I will ask around, many times distiller's will name stuff differently for export. shaping up nicely!
