Although I expect I'll make a fair hand at seeing there are none of those left over, either.
Since the rondyvoo is happening before crappie spawn, here, best I will be able to do is catfish filets. Ain't likely - but possible - that I can catch enough, quick enough, to provide 'em fresh. Hopefully the date range for the frozen ones will be a couple weeks or less, but being restricted to legal methods of procurement, even that is problematic.
Early yet...I'm hopin' the white perch will be easy before then.
