A CLOT is a big assed cut of meat from the front shoulder of a beeve(I think). Ok... Who's gonna bring the brisket? I'm bringing the smoker and the cook'n wood. I don't mind picking up a big brisket from Bolner's in SanAntonio because them folks have outstanding meat and I love their Fiesta Brand spices. They are the ones that make that pinto bean seasoning that I really like. I remember a few people that wanted that bean seasoning but I don't remember who. I'll bring a few extra bottles for anyone that don't have any in their local grocery stores. Or someone else can pick a brisket up if y'all know a good butcher.
