I'm always in when it comes to burning something on a smoker. Brisket,pork butt,whatever. It's a hell of a lot easier than grilling fifty steaks.

Large hunks like brisket and pork butt will certainly be easier than individual steaks! Boiling shrimp for that many will be pretty easy, too.

BTW, is chili a side dish??? confused wink
