It’s generally accepted that the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) is real and dangerous! We can debate whether it is truly near Apocalyptic Proportions or “overhyped” by the press. We also know the recommended health practices that will help reduce your risk of contracting the disease. One thing rarely mentioned, if ever is .....the effect of stress on the body’s immune system. Perhaps if we could reduce our fears and anxieties....it would be one more weapon in our arsenal to fight this disease.
