we lost the battle when the Roberts Court decided that the ACA, or The Affordable Health Care for America Act (or HR 3962), was just a tax. The House voted to repeal a lot of it in the current bill, KNOWING full well, that it would die in the Senate. No one in Washington is on our side. We life in a tyranny now.
