i dunno. folks have been traveling outside the national boundaries for a spell for good quality vacations. it's pretty much std isue.
why not the same with major medical care? a retreat or two in Bermuda, the Carribbean, Mexico, even India if air-fares remain competitive.
small scale local stuff can be handled by whomever. of course everyone wants to live as long as possible, and noone wants their mom to suffer.
there's many ways to skin a cat, but here we seem to be addressing the issues, and components revolving around the slicing of a pie in an optimum manner.
