well yes. that's easy to understand, and makes perfectly good sense, even if one has only one eye & half sense.

but, the problem remains, and that's what we're trying to iron out, right? that is a pre-existing condition is just as much a medical problem or issue as it ever was. it's a medical indication that a curative, preventative, or trtmnt is needed to be supplied by knowledgeable personnel. and there's a cost attached.

ok, so it's not covered by insurance. how is it best covered?
