Given equal loadings, with appropriate bullets in each, is there any situation where one would put down an animal and the other wouldn't, given identical placement of course? My guess is no.... but if we didn't argue over all this we really wouldn't be loony's!
Certainly both will kill, that is not in question in my opinion but, in my experience the 45 inflicts a larger wound channel on game.
