A most unfortunate story here folks. Right or wrong, perception is what counts or at least it's 90% of the discussion. All I can say for now is that I'm sorry this happened to you folks. Like all of you, I really can't afford to have a bad safari, so I tend to pay more, go less often and so far it's paid off for me. Like my dad once said, "it only costs twice as much to go first class." Again I feel bad for all concerned and look forward to the explanation.
