The only reason couples find it hard to have single wage earner households these days is socialism in America, i.e., high taxes and redistribution. Add to that the devalued dollar, and you have your answer.


I don't agree that's the main reason. It's the modern day assault on traditional roles, materialism and the so-called female liberation. If a couple wants to get married and raise a family, then ONE needs to stay home and raise the children and forgo the more expensive things in life. I've sated my issues with a woman in the role of VP (or any other executive position, not t mention the martial professions) but I am more than willing to give this fine lady the benefit of the doubt and more importantly, she is LIGHT years ahead of any democrap. jorge
