A perusal of Titans overall production shows a lot of military small arms production for the US government and others. Substanial parts supplier to Colt and they pride themselves of "Continuous Improvement". I still maintain its growing pains that surpassed their ability to deliver a quality rifle. Plus there could be some vendor issues with smaller component parts. It doesn't excuse the problem but left unchecked will be the demise of their new venture.
