PRM showed me the link below. It looks like Litz came up with better BCs than Nosler on the 338 Federal appropriate bullets.

The 180 Accubond is .409 an the 200 Accubond is .461. These are higher than Nosler publishes. Some of the other Nosler bullets in 30 caliber measured less than Nosler claims.

I'm not sure it will make much of a difference at normal ranges but it certainly gives more ammunition that the 338 Federal is not a short range woods rifle.
