I had an opportunity to try some loads in cooler temps and compare to warm temps. I load up four of each load and fired two at an indoor range (69 deg) and two outside (19 deg). The rounds sat out all night in temps down to 8 deg. A Magnetospeed chrono was used for all.

Not exactly a statistical sample, but it's a start.
