Member PRM has already gotten those 175s going 2900 I believe in his 338 Fed. I have them flying just above 3K in my 21" barrel 338-06. No clue on the BC but I have to believe its a bit aggressive but I guess we shall see.
Do you know which powders/charges were used? What do you use in the /06. I'd imagine powders are similar across both.
I am using TAC. I can't remember what he was using but I am sure he will be along to fill ya in.
Promising bullet no doubt. Hope to use it for sheep hunting this coming year if all works out. A .5 BC bullet at 2900 or 3K does show some pretty good ability to buck the wind for these 338 lights
