Unless they buy a 6.5 Creedmoor. The chambering is absolutely transformative. Just ask them.

Absolutely Paul.

It's not mentioned much in these parts, or anywhere else for that matter, but a rifle chambered in such can hit the 8" gong at 600 yard without even having been aimed.

Set it in the stand on the bench, muzzle pointed downrange (well, one must have it pointed in the right direction at a minimum), make sure range is cleared, pull trigger, bang-clang. Easy Peasy.

If you tell it "Shoot the 380 bull, not the 370" and point it at the herd it will do the same as the gong. Bang-Flop. Of course, one might have to spin the special dials on the fancy scope to "380" so it can tell the difference. After all, that's what them dials are for.

It's not mentioned much as the manufacturers and ammo companies are already having a hard time keeping up with demand. Besides, they have all those .22, 6mm, .25, 270, 7mm. etc etc barrels already in stock not to mention the tooling for all those long action/magnum rifles. How would they make a profit off them if all they could sell was Creedleymores?

Geno

PS, I saw a post on a forum that mentioned the point and shoot aspect..................must be true.
