I have nothing bad to say about the 6CM, and if every rifle mfg in 243, were changed over to the 6CM, I think it would increase adoption, as we seen with the 6.5 version. To me, you get heavy bullet options in factory ammo, and fast 8 twist rifles from the factory. Those are the niceties over the 243, IMO.
