I started out hunting with a Win 94/30-30 and still use it occasionally. I've been shooting a 270 since the 70's and a 7mm08 since the early 80's (and I'm not gay but I am a Boomer, so have at it).....so when the Creed hoopla came out I took a look at the ballistics and saw no need for having one. Started my boys hunting with 270's also so we would all be using the same ammo when out hunting. I really dont see the enough advantage of the Creed over either cartridge to add another to my small collection. Ive taken elk, deer, bear, antelope with both calibers and mostly they fell in their tracks or went just a few yards.

Also I'm not a fan of the "long rang" 1000 yd bullschitt as I don't consider that hunting even here out west. To me sneaking up on game to get within 30-30 range is hunting.
