it is ridiculous the drama that comes from this cartridge on both sides. I own a Creed and like it but it is pretty vanilla in my mind. It is a good, utilitarian cartridge that would serve the needs of most hunters but there really is nothing flashy about it (kind of like the 30-06). My 3 favorite cartridges are 25-06 (speed), 338 Federal (thump), and 30-06 (do-all). I'd probably really like the 35 Whelan but haven't bought one yet.
