My first introduction to the creedmoor was about 4 years ago when an electrician I hired told me of his 2 800 yard head shots on 2 different bucks, the 2nd being illegal. He claimed no other round is able to do that. The more he said the less I thought of him as shooter or hunter. I highly doubt all of what he said. What disturbs me the most is the gullable people that think owning that caliber replaces marksmanship and common sense. In an interview Ed Weatherby was asked what his dad would have to say about long range shooting. He replied they should buy a .300 weatherby magnum. I mentioned that to this 800 yard marksman and he was convinced Roy was wrong. Okay.
