All I can say is I've been posting on the internet since 1993 or so and PETA nor anyone else has ever attacked me.
You stand more of a chance of getting compromised when you use your credit card in a motel than here. And anyone should suppose that a true web guy already has all the information on you he wants or is interersted in.
So, if you're concerned about security, go for it. Just refrain from making rude and accusing comments about others.
However, if you use annonyminit's shield to call people ugly names and make groundless accusations or attack them, then you are a wimp.
And I see a lot of that here.
