Sam, APR can only hit its billionaire backers for so much, and even they need some cash flow to keep things in the air, or semi-black until the package can be sold to "the public." Never mind that grass needs grazed. And because the surrounding ranchers don't have trust funds, they need the graze. I bet the price is still pretty good, and I have to wonder what kind of practices are contingent.
