I was watching that one of those live cop shows. Cops got his knee on a guys neck and the guys complaining he cant breath. Cop tells him "If you can complain u can breath". He had a grown mans body weight plus gear on dudes neck. i was like that cop is an a$$hole.
It's a technique that's been taught for decades.
The cop may be an ass hole, but he's not wrong.
