I'd just ask these simple questions:

1) Do you think the man IN CUSTODY, HANDCUFFED, under the knee had a medical emergency at the end of the incident?

2) Do you think any of the four officers there knew it?

3) Do you think any of the 4 officers did anything to assist the man in custody who was having a medial emergency?

Reminder: A man in custody has an 8th amendment right to medial treatment while in custody.... His welfare are the cops obligation.
