Lot's of stereotyping here. I have met insecure guys who feel more powerful behind a badge. But I also know a lot of former active duty military guys who go into LE and just want to keep serving, just not in the stupid desert anymore. There's all kind, just like the rest of the population. One size doesn't fit all.
