I need a few more hours of Continuing Legal Education for my bar requirements...anyone know if Duck is certified as a CLE provider in either NY, CA or MT? Not that I'm endorsing his theory of the 8th Amendment, but I once got CLE credit for watching a comedian do standup just cause he was a lawyer, so I figure a guy in the internet pretending to be a lawyer should suffice.
