Latest update. Fireman who put Floyd on the stretcher have now confirmed he had NO pulse when they arrived on the scene. So confirmed that the officer killed the guys right there on the street, kept on him till he was lifeless. So pathetic, the victim was already cuffed with 4 officers on scene. Just a shame.
