Excessive use of force, and I don't care what happened earlier. FN cops like that suck. Had a mate showing his azz at Griffin's Marina and someone called the harbor police. A black policeman showed up and Jimmy told him he was going to beat the black off of him. We all knew it wasn't going to be good when the car turned towards port fourchon. Jimmy got his azz beat bad and deserved it.
