The fact of the matter is, the detained man died, and the cop saw him go under, and offered **zero medical attention**.

It doesn't matter how or why the man in custody died. It only matters legally that he died under a knee and was not afforded any medical attention.
That has been my only, single point. The second he slipped into unconsciousness, cops should have been scurrying. They didn't.
The ONLY thing the autopsy will prove is, if the cop was just negligent, or if it was murder.
