It's being able to explain your reasoning that gets kinda tricky.

But based on your posts so far, I'm pretty sure you'd be fugked regardless. Cop or otherwise.


No, you can't just shoot whoever you want whenever and wherever, even if you can explain it. In some states, the law does not permit you to use self-defense against an unlawful arrest, no matter how compelling the facts. Montana is such a state, FWIW.
