I usually error on the side of the cop, self preservation and adrenaline. After several minutes though of the guy subdued, and eventually the guy is passed out and his body is completely limp, you would think the guy would just cuff him and put him in the car. He would have woke up about a couple minutes later with a headache and that's about it.
I agree with most of that.
And somebody just text a pic of the other side of that unit and there's three cops on the dude.
