he has the right (we all do) to keep a guy from getting up and hurting injuring the officer/s. If not then hell to pay.
As soon as the guy passes out, his whole body went completely limp. He looked down and saw the guy was completely unresponsive a couple times. Hell, he even did that when someone came over and felt the guy for a pulse. Should have been obvious the guy didn't pose a threat anymore.
