You do what you have to do, based on the circumstances and the threat, to take control of the individual and get them into custody. From what I could see in the video that had been accomplished. Why they didn’t stand him up, then put him in a cruiser, is beyond me. What happened there, to me, looks like torture which rose to murder. The guy with his knee on the mans neck will likely be charged and I believe he should be. There’s no excuse for that.
