I completely agree with your buying philosophy keeping our money on our shores. Problem is that it is getting harder and harder to do so and you need a law degree from Harvard to define exactly what is "American made" these days. I have heard that some American pick-ups are made in plants outside the uS which was shocking to me. Unfortunately, we are not a country that manufacturers the stuff we have pioneered.
