Actually that could be Byron Claiborne II or Byron Claiborne the III. Mark's brother or nephew. It being Sacremento, CA, I would say it is Byron Claiborne II, Mark's brother who has posted on Facebook that his Father has passed away.

Apparently age and ill health will do that you, his niece even agrees on her page.

I believe Byron II is going to be surprised to know that his brother Mark says his Father Byron I was murdered.
