From Lecture 4 “...no one can come to Me unless it is given to him by the Father.” - John 6:65 He said no man, in and of himself, has the natural ability or desire to come to Jesus...‘unless’ it is granted by the Father. And granted doesn’t just mean enticed-or wooed-it means compelled. He said that no man can come to Jesus unless the Father compels him to do it. And he said the gracious work of God, through the Holy Spirit, makes people regenerate, and ‘that’ begins one’s justification. He says free will has nothing to do with it. This is what I got, from this lecture, to be his beliefs regarding this subject matter.
