Ontario on Crown Land. Shot that on my birthday 2.5 miles and 3 mountains from the road. Took me and 2 buddies 7 hrs to drag it out. To say we were unprepared....is an understatement. We had a total of 1 16oz bottle of water between us. I wanted to cut it up but my buddy wanted to weigh it and as a condition of helping me get it out....we had to drag it. To this day, I get a text message from both of them on birthday. Not to wish me a happy birthday but to make sure I haven’t forgotten what has affectionately been named the “Trail of Tears” buck and a reminder that if they need help hiding a body, I’m sworn to assist and keep quiet.

He dressed out at 300# on the nose at the butcher. Giant deer.
Not to mention I had 10 big deer sheds, a moose shed and a dead head strapped to my day pack

She shot it in eddington on a stand by a power line with a .257 weatherby.
Behind their house about 1/4 mile away opening day.
Been on a cam multiple times.
She knew I was holding myself from making comments.
I just kept my mug shut and smiled during big buck talk how hers was shot and how mine was still hunted in tracking snow.

Khan,s side of the family are Penobscot Indians....

Aint no saying schit to them morons at times...

Just keep the peace and let certain ones joke and gloat......
And smile at em....
They hate being smiled at with no verbal response...
