Having had jobs and having been married, I can generalize on the above. It is possible to find fault in everything someone does, doesn't do, says, or doesn't say. It is possible to find a million things per second to criticize about anyone.
But not challenging someone, can be have problems too.
So as we get smarter, we pick our battles like chess moves.
Then our problems are mostly others picking battles with us.
