Fortunately, Bob will be able to reapply for a man card four years before the Poobs. The Prius borrowing, and referencing a latte would generally lead to a permanent ban. However, since Poobs had his original man card revoked by Lazarus, the permanent ban was not then in place and since he's never had one reissued, the old rules still apply.
If dogs are thrown into the equation, though, Poobah gets extra credit, and gets his card back faster...
