Because we're likely to be working from stands in Texas, one of the rifles I may bring is the one below. Assembled from assorted parts, it weighs 13.5 pounds without the 12X Leupold, so it's not really designed for walking around. It is chambered in 450 Bushmaster and is unblooded, except for a pigeon I shot 4 years ago. Ammo may be a 160-grain Barnes HP at about 3150 fps MV.
