That's a nice one and a good price If you want a .25-06. If I didn't already have two .25-06's, including a Mystery Mauser and a #1V, I might jump on it. I'm real interested in the .257 Roy #1B, and the fast twist .223 #1V that have been announced for this year.
As far as the seller asking "have you ever seen better wood on a #1", uhhh, yeah, three times. I own all three of them, too.
