There's plenty of green hog lights on Feebay and other places. Supposedly the hot ticket is a rheostat, so you gradually turn up the brightness and avoid spooking them. Of course, the only lights I've seen that have them are too damn expensive.
Come to think of it, I do have two Loopy prismatics, which also have illuminated reticles. Only 1x mag, however.
By the way, lions are a non-game animal in Texas, legal anytime. I can't imagine one being dumb enough to wander onto a ranch like this but ya never know
