I'm 41, The 7mmRM was my first big game cartridge, more due to the fact that it was the gun I was offered when I wanted to purchase one (long story there). I did like the cartridge a lot, and all of my BG kills have been with it. Mule deer, whitetails and pronghorns. I will probably keep hunting with it for a while, thought now I have a few other guns that would be suitable for Texas WT and hogs.
